Sparksoft Corporation Announces the Promotion of Gary Rubalsky to Chief Growth Officer

Columbia, MD, August 5, 2022 – Sparksoft Corporation is ecstatic to announce the promotion of Gary Rubalsky as our Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Rubalsky provides 23 years of in-depth experience from Fortune 5 conglomerates to startups in all aspects of the Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development Life Cycles on over $500M in government and commercial contracts. Since joining Sparksoft in 2019, Rubalsky has served as the Executive Vice President and a key member of the Leadership Team to propel Customer Delivery, Corporate Operations, and Business Growth across the Federal, State and Commercial Health IT markets. He is a proven and trusted leader with the charisma to fuse business acumen, technical savvy, relationships, and political climate to accomplish mission-critical objectives and capture new business through superior execution on programs of national import.

In his new role as CGO, Rubalsky will be responsible for executing Sparksoft’s growth strategy across all core and target markets, and charting the next 5-year course during a critical journey as we navigate our mature Small Business ship to thrive in full and open waters competition. He will lead all Sparksoft’s Growth Office campaigns across accounts and disciplines covering business development, proposals, branding and marketing with a team of professionals such as capture directors, proposal managers, solutions architects, technical writers, proposal coordinators, graphics designers and social media director. Rubalsky’s remit will also include a fully integrated growth strategy to support Sparksoft's next stage of accelerated growth and deeper market penetration by expanding core competencies, exploring merger and acquisition opportunities, delivering economies of scale and synergistic value for current and prospective clients, and offering disruptive solutions to a rapidly evolving market.
